JunkDevil Chimera

Junkdevil Chimera is loosely based on the mythological creature from Ancient Greek mythology. The idea for the heads was to capture the shapes and subtle features of the original heads. The creature was redesigned to be a

hunter-like monster that is made of scrapped parts and discarded corpses that would be ground in the torso (like Wall-E) and used as a sort of blood to fuel itself. Every chimera is different with the same 3-headed structure and some are built better than others. This one would be an Elite Chimera. Almost flawless and extremely dangerous.

Process of Modeling

Junkdevil Chimera was modeled entirely in Zbrush. The hard-surface method was achieved with Zmodeler and various other techniques. I had the honor of being taught by Paul Gaboury, who is the 3D Product Development Manager at Pixologic and an instructor at Gnomon. He was able to teach me how to use ZBrush's many features adequately to create Chimera.
